• Check-in time is at 14:00; check-out is 12:00 at noon.
• Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. Payment for the hotel room must be made at the moment of check-in.
• It is obligatory for the visitors of the guests to duly register at the reception with a valid identity document. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
• Guests under 18 years of age cannot check into the hotel or stay without the presence of a legal guardian. The hotel reserves the right to request official documents of proof confirmed by a notary and to refuse accommodation.
• Pets allowed (chargeable)
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco products, Shisha, electronic cigarettes and vapes in the hotel rooms. When the guest violates this prohibition, he/she is deemed to have consented to the 7.500 TL fee to cover the fees for the sterilization   of the room, textiles, furniture and the room being unusable for other guests.This fee can be collected in cash or from his/her card without being limited to the duration of the stay. In case of repeated violations, the hotel has the right to expel guests from the hotel without refund. In case the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, the guest will be responsible for covering the fire department's response costs,
• Every time you leave the room, please make sure the windows are closed and the door is locked.
• Guests have an obligation to keep their money and valuable items safe. Safe boxes are available free of charge in the rooms.
• Pool usage is only allowed between 08:00 - 20:00 for safety reasons and not to disturb other guests. Entering the pools at nighttime is strictly forbidden.
• If the Guest does not notify the Hotel of any loss or damage of any item as soon as possible after detection, the right of claim is lost.
• Invoices must be paid upon presentation to the guest. Payment is made in the national currency or in foreign currency to be calculated at the current exchange rate. The hotel is not obligated to accept checks or coupons. The guest consents to the collection of unpaid bills from her/his card by the hotel without being limited to the duration of the stay.
• The following items and activities are strictly prohibited in the Hotel:

           Bringing massagers, hairdressers, manicurists, etc. to the hotel, unless express permission is obtained from the hotel.

           Taking and feeding street animals within the hotel boundaries.

           Any food and drink from outside.

           Weapons, combustible items, toxic materials and explosives.

           Drugs.

          Gambling, prostitution and other illegal activities.

• The hotel has the right to request from the guest who makes noises to be reduced and terminated, including the use of radio, television and musical instruments, which other guests find disturbing. The guest who encounters such a request must comply with it.
• The guest cannot bring pets to the hotel without the express permission of the hotel in advance. In case of permission, pets are not allowed into the common areas, especially the dining halls and pool areas. The guest is responsible for all damages caused by the pets. 15 € daily special cleaning fee per pet. Size and weight limits apply.
• For fire safety reasons, the use of cooking or heating equipment or candles is strictly prohibited in the hotel.
• The Guest is fully responsible for any damages and losses that may be caused to the hotel or other guests by herself/himself, her/his accompanying guests or guests or persons under her/his responsibility. The guest consents to the collection of these damages from her/his card without being limited to the duration of the stay by the hotel.
• The items left by the Guest at the hotel will be sent to the Guest within 3 months upon request, at the Guest's expense. At the end of this period, we will give the items to charities of our choice or dispose of them. The hotel does not store food or perishable items.
• The hotel management may terminate the service to the Guest who does not comply with these hotel rules or good faith rules, or who commits a serious crime or has a contagious disease, and can expel the Guest from the hotel without any refund.
