Formerly known as Sinasos (Mustafapaşa Village), where our hotel is located, is a Greek town in the recent historical period where Hittites, Persians, Early Christians and Romans lived. In this village, which witnessed the past of Orthodox Christians, there are madrasas, churches, Greek mansions and many other buildings dating back centuries.

BALLOON FLIGHT: Ascends to a height of 1500 ft above thousands of years old formations, right after take off you find yourself above the Cappadocia landscape that is not found anywhere else in the world. Deep canyons, lush valleys and fairy chimneys provide a unique and unforgettable experience, the gentle winds blowing you into a landscape that will never be seen outside of the balloon. There are 3 different balloon flights: The first is the 'Standard' balloon flight. It takes about an hour and is organized for about 25 people. The second is 'Comfort' flight. It takes about an hour and is organized for about 16 people. The third is 'Luxury' flight. It takes about an hour and a half and is organized for about 12 people. All three categories start at approximately 05:00 and end approximately 07:30 / 08:30. (It varies seasonally.)

TURKISH BATH: A Turkish Bath full of traditions is a unique experience. You will be asked to relax in the hot steam (sauna) room and then rinse in the plunge pool or shower. Wash all your troubles while taking your place on the hot marble plate where your attendant exfoliates your body with the help of a hard glove. Then get ready to be pampered with a foam-filled cloth for a foamy massage.

CAPPADOCIA SAFARI TOUR: You can make reservations for Jeep Safari tours in the valleys of Cappadocia, preferably at sunset, but also at all hours of the day. Experience the Jeep safari in the valleys of Cappadocia with the reserved Jeep safari vehicle. Cappadocia Jeep Safari tours are divided into two as morning safari and sunset safari tours. If you want to do it in the morning, make a reservation for the morning safari tour, if you want to watch the sunset, you can book the sunset safari tours. Historical Places

Mehmet Şakirpaşa Madrasa

Mehmet Şakirpaşa Madrasa, located in the square of Mustafapaşa, is the most important Ottoman work of Mustafapaşa. The name of this work, which was built in 1900, is also known as Kervansaray. The architectural plan of the madrasa is made in an asymmetrical U-shape, and the entrance door has a crown cap. The surfaces have floral and geometric ornaments. There is a seven-line marble inscription on the round arch. In the Arabic inscription in front of the door, the goodness of Mehmet Şakir Pasha is mentioned and an Ottoman Tughra is engraved on the marble in the facade. When you enter the open courtyard through the crown door of the madrasa, you encounter an arched portico supported by eight-sided columns.

The madrasah, which is the first structure to be seen among the places to visit in Mustafapaşa, is now used for educational purposes as the Cappadocia Vocational School. Just opposite is the oldest mosque in Mustafapaşa, the Cami-i Kebir built in 1601, and the Sheikh Ali and Sipahi Mosque.

Saint Nicholas Monastery

Although the exact date of construction of the monastery is not known, it is thought that it was built before 1855 as it was understood from the carvings on the inner walls containing the name and date that it was repaired between 1870 and 1877. Monastery; The rock mass in which the church is carved – the chimney – consists of the courtyard and the spaces in the garden.

Constantine Helena Church

Constantine Helena Church, which is still open to visitors in Mustafapaşa, is located next to the municipality building in Cumhuriyet Square. On the inscription on the door of the church, it is written that it was built in 1729 during the Ottoman period and that it was repaired in 1829, during the reign of Sultan Abdülmecit. In 1895, a bell tower was added to the building. Unfortunately, there are no very understandable scenes from the frescoes in the basilical planned church with cut stone architecture. The church is also called as Konstantin Eleni Church in some sources.

Saint Vasilyos Church

Saint Vasilyos Church is a church built as a Post-Byzantine church in the 19th century, located to the east of the Bey Creek Valley, to the north of Mustafapaşa. When you walk from Mustafapaşa by following Sümer Street, you can reach it in 15 minutes. The church is entered through a small room with stairs. Hz. Jesus, the Prophet. Saint Grigorios Church

Cappadocia Art and History Museum

Cappadocia Art and History Museum, which is among the places to visit in Mustafapaşa, is a private museum under the Ministry of Culture, which was established in a 150-year-old mansion that was later restored. Cappadocia exhibits telling a different style culture with baby toy museum, was a first in Turkey with this feature.

If you are curious about the history, art and culture of Cappadocia and love storytelling, you should definitely see this museum. The dolls used in the museum are not fabricated, they are all handmade and collected from abroad.

Gomeda Valley

The Gomeda Valley on the western side of Mustafapaşa Town is also called “small Ihlara”, “Bey Creek Valley”. Except for the Gomeda Ruins at the entrance of the valley, which is hidden in Cappadocia and which are less known than others, when you follow the Bey Creek, it is possible to see churches, monasteries and dovecotes on the slopes of the valley.

In Gomeda Valley, you can take pictures of the dovecotes resembling apartment floors, and before entering the valley, you can visit the Alakara Church on the right hand side.

Maraşoğlu Bridge

This three-eyed bridge was built in 1865 to connect the two neighborhoods. If you want to photograph, it is located a little further from Zafer Street, which you will enter from Cumhuriyet Square.

Golgoli Hill

Golgoli Hill is 5 km from the Golgoli Ancient City Mustafapasa. It is an old settlement in the south. There is a church ruin on the hill. Around the top of the hill, there are chambers carved into the rock so that a family can stay. Orthodox Greeks living in Mustafapaşa (Sinasos) leave here 15 days before the Easter Festival, after staying here with their families for 10-12 days; they would all go to Sinasos to celebrate. There is an underground tunnel between Golgoli – Gomeda Valley among the old rock carvings. It is one of our rare regions with deep underground caves, spillways and wells in Golgoli valley.
