Grand Ünal Hotel Hotel Rules

  • Within the hotel areas, parents are always responsible for paying attention to their children.
  • Children should never be left alone on the balcony and should not be allowed to climb the furniture in the  room and the tables and chairs on the balcony.
  • Parents must accompany the children at the stairs, elevators, pools, etc.
  • Guests must follow the pool  rules.
  • Children should not be allowed to run in areas where there is a risk of slipping, such as around the pool.
  • Please pay attention to your own and other guests’ safety in case of use scooter etc. Hotel management does not accept responsibility in case of accident.
  • Children are not allowed in the fitness center. Parents are responsible for supervised of their children. Hotel management is not responsible in case of a possible accident as a result of the use of the fitness center by children.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to bring food and drink into the rooms.
  • The hotel management does not accept responsibility in case of possible infection due to hygiene problems in restaurants and bars visited outside the hotel.
  • Visitors are not allowed to enter the room or other areas of the hotel without informing the security and reception. In such cases, the visitor is taken out of the hotel and hotel usage fee is collected from the guest as much as the number of visitors.
  • It is forbidden to make noise in the hotel and in the rooms, to listen loud music or watch TV in a way that disturbs other guests.
  • It is strictly forbidden for our guests to act inconveniently to each other.
  • Accommodation of the guests who are outraged or fighting in the hotel is terminated immediately.
  • The guest who damaged the hotel and room fixtures will be charged for the damaged items.
  • Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and other closed areas of the hotel.
  • Guests are responsible for the supervision of their personal belongings. The hotel management does not accept any responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings of our guests.
  • The hotel management does not accept responsibility in case of theft of personal belongings left in the vehicles.
  • The hotel management does not accept responsibility for any damage to the parked guest vehicles.
  • Please keep your valuables in safe box in your rooms. Otherwise, the hotel management does not accept any responsibility.
  • “Grand Unal Hotel” does not take any responsibility for any accident or injury beyond the control of the hotel.
  • It is strictly forbidden to throw any belongings and garbage from the balcony of the room.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel and rooms.
  • Guests with food allergies must apply to the reception and/or guest relations and fill out a food allergen notification form.

  • Guests with an infectious disease or suspected infectious disease will be isolated in the hospital or hotel room. They are not allowed to use hotel public areas.

  • All warnings in all areas must be observed and followed at all times.
