HOTEL RULES
• Check-in time to our hotel is 14.00 and check-out time is 12:00.
• Guests under the age of 18 who can only stay with their parents.0-12 age group is free
Consuming alcohol is prohibited in common areas (restaurant, garden, poolside, etc.). We do not serve alcoholic beverages.
• Accommodation fee is made upon arrival at the hotel.
• Never leave children alone on the balcony and do not allow them to climb on the furniture in the room.
• Children should be accompanied in places such as stairs, etc.
• For your own safety and comfort, please do not enter the food and beverage areas without shoes.
• You can enter restaurants not only wearing a swimsuit, but also wearing an outfit such as a t-shirt, etc.
• Rooms are for accommodation service. Each person staying in the rooms must be registered at the reception. Our guests must present their passport or ID card during registration.
• Unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter the room or other areas within the hotel. For unregistered guests, an extra fee for 1 person will be charged to the account of the guest staying in the room.
• It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes, hookahs and similar tobacco products in rooms and indoor areas.
• Please do not cause noise by exceeding a certain volume level. Respect every guest's right to silence.
• Our guests are strictly prohibited from disturbing or causing inconvenience to other guests.
• Supervision of private belongings is entirely the responsibility of our guests. Our hotel does not accept any responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings of our guests.
• Our hotel does not accept any responsibility in the event of an accident or injury that may occur in areas beyond the control of our hotel.
• It is strictly forbidden to throw away any belongings and garbage from the window or balcony of the hotel.
• The use of all kinds of lasers and similar items inside the hotel is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
• There is no room service in our hotel.
• When you need cleaning, you can use the door handle instructions in your rooms or contact the reception.
• Breakfast is available in our hotel. 09.30-11.00
• There is an extra charge to use the laundry room. Usage hours: 09.00-16.00. Guests who want to use it should contact the reception.
• If you need extra sheets and towels, you should contact the reception.
• Guests who want to use the sauna should inform the reception. Sauna usage hours: 10.00-17.00
• Pool Usage Hours: 10.00-22.00.
Children aged 16 and under may only use the pool if accompanied by an adult. Please pay attention to the pool rules when using the pool.
